• Cleaning of suite available once a week (if you want us to)
• Laundry facilities available Monday's and Thursday's.
• Kitchen fully functional (in house cooking services are not included)
• Telephone for local calling. Telvision with DVD Player. Cable.
• Downstairs is non-smoking. We do smoke upstairs, but you cannot smell it downstairs.
(please keep this in mind if you are allergic to smoke)
• Suite has been re-painted and the kitchen is newly renovated. Suite is in great shape.
• Steps away from London Drugs, video store, theater, lots of geat restaurants and pubs with great food and
drink, Extra Foods, Canadian Tire, all quick and easy to walk to.
• Lots of beautiful mountain views, trails and rivers nearby, easy to walk to.
• Transit Bus Stop and Grey Hound Station 4 - 7 minute walk, easy to get to.
• 1 quite dog and 2 cats (these animals will not be downstairs during your stay. The suite will be immaculately
cleaned, but if your allergic to cats or dogs please keep this in mind)
• Quite home, quite area . . . get a good night sleep.
• Friendly down to earth people own this house.
