My wife is very sick and stuck in the Philippines. Even one dollar would be very much appreciated. I have been laid off 4 times in the last 1 1/2 yrs., and borrowed to my limit, I'm unemployed, EI ran out, and I have no way to help my wife Jema, who is very sick in the Philippines. She has been through four hurricanes in three years. Canadian Immigration should have finished with her visa months ago, but have not.
