Requirements:
• Completion of college and/or technical training.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic bookkeeping knowledge.
• General diploma or certificate in Business Administration or related field with hands on experience.
• Ability to type 60 wpm or more.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic fast paced environment.
• Capable of multi-tasking and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Creating and filing documents.
• Photocopying, and scanning documents.
• Courteously answering, screening and directing calls.
• Collecting, sorting and administering mail.
• Handling courier dispatch.
• Perform general clerical and administrative functions like writing letters, creating reports and data entry.
• Organizing and updating filing systems
