Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Night, Evening

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Vancouver & Surrey, British Columbia (2 vacancy)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answering support phone calls and emails ranging from basic issues to bath and kitchen fixture technical problems
• Clerical duties such as:
-Setting up new accounts
-Maintaining records
-Preparing reports
- Word processing assignments
- Actively logging support calls in internal tracking system
• Creating a refund policy manual
• Creating a customer service protocol manual
• Promote sales and arrange services for customers.
•Handle all customer returns
• Manage stock and some administrative duties (MS Office).
Skills and Requirements:
•High school diploma
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly
• Self-motivation
• Self-starter
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Ability to solve problems and “think on feet”
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Extensive knowledge on bath and kitchen fixtures, and computer savvy.
Credentials and Experience:
•Knowledge of the following (experience is an asset):
•Microsoft Office
•Knowledge of Bath & Kitchen fixtures Essential
•Customer Service or Retail experience essential
•Languages: English (necessary)
•Languages: Mandarin, Punjabi, Cantonese (Knowing any of these three is a great Plus)
•Help desk experience
