EP Global is a Multi-National Corporation that have operated in more than 15 countries and a Global Service Provider that specializes in HR Consultancy, Capability Management, and supply of Professional Specialist Staff. EP Engineering is the leading division within EP Global Group that provides and manages the specialist knowledge skills sets to the international oil and gas industry. Our clients are predominantly major Oil Operators and international engineering, consultancy or construction companies.

We are only looking for a confident and pro-active candidate, who is willing to always go the extra mile, and want to see the bottom lines and the numbers result.

Scope:-
• This is a multi tasking assignment.
• Responsible for the Calgary Office local recruitment function, compensation & payroll administration and industrial relations
• Assist the Country manager in general office administration and taking care of consultants works assignment affairs including mob & demob, insurances, safety training if applicable
• Logistic arrangement for consultants where applicable.
• Liaise with government agencies and carry out LMO application whenever necessary

Requirements:
• Candidate preferably possesses a Basic Bachelor's Degree in Geographical Science or Biology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Human Resource Management, Economics, or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): good communication skill, diligent work.
• Familiar with Power Point, Excel Spread Sheet, word etc
• Preferably with 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field of man power supply or recruitment agency environment
