Hi I am renting out my room for the summer as I have taken an out of town job for the summer. Room to rent for 300 plus utilites, Monthly I spend about 335 with util. The room is in a basement suite seconds away from Calgary trail, very close to Whyte Ave, and the University is close by as well.The Roommates I have currently are awesome people to live with ( reason I want to come back after my sumer job) So the room is available to rent for 5 months.
