Article 1.0.1 For the earthing design of electrical installation, it must strictly follow the national techno-economical policy and ensure personal and equipment security, reliable power supply, advanced technology and feasible economy.
Article 1.0.2 The plan for the earthing design of electrical installation should be determined reasonably in accordance with project features, project scale, development program and geologic characteristics.
Article 1.0.3 The saving of non-ferrous metal and bronze used for the earthing design of electrical installation should be considered.
