There are three different programs to choose from, and they all include daily support and daily meal plans. Our head Chef has been in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and the fitness industry for over 12 years. With diverse experience, he is able to offer a wide variety of cuisines, depending on your personal preferences. All healthy, fresh and delicious!
Full Meal Deal
Includes three meals a day, and three healthy snacks a day, all fully prepared and ready to go! Each portion is delivered in quality containers, and we offer a reduced price if you opt for our reusable container program. We will monitor your results, and adjust your diet accordingly. In addition to personal consultation, we also include full telephone and email support, 7 days a week. Meals are delivered every three days to promote freshness, as all of our food is purchased fresh. We do not use any packaged or prepared food, allowing us to more closely adjust your food intake.
All natural, fresh and tasty food! Tailored to your specific needs as your body regains its vitality, and fully prepared in portioned containers. Just take it out of the fridge, heat (if necessary), and eat!

We Make, You Bake
As with our Full Meal Deal program, we include three meals a day, and three healthy, fresh snacks a day. However, if you have a bit of time in your day to cook your meals, we can save you some money! This program includes everything in the Full Meal Deal program, the only exception being your cooked meals will require cooking. Not only does this save you money, but your meals will even be fresher!

If you have the time, but need the guidance and know-how, then you’re in for some big savings! Our most affordable program includes full support via email, 7 days a week. We will monitor your results, and send you adaptive daily meal plans tailored to your body’s changing needs. We will outline what to eat, when to eat it, and the amount you should be eating.
