**please be advised that this is only open to Olympic guests/spectators. No overnights. We are not looking for a roomate either**
Master suite in 2 bedroom condo for rent during the Olympics. Owners will be home and staying in same condo. (We are a couple in our mid twenties/early thirties) We will be home during the games and will try to help out and make your stay as comfortable as much as we can, but we do both have full time jobs.
Your room has a king sized bed with 3 piece private washroom. There is a walk-in closet and dresser available for your use.
You will also have full access to our kitchen and our washer/dryer for any laundry you may have during your stay.
There is also one secure underground parking spot available if you rent/bring your car.
We are very central to all Olympic venues, including the airport, and easily accessible through public transit.
Bus stops are just steps away from our front door.
• 15 minute bus ride to one of the new Canada Line Skytrain stations
• From Canada Line station, another 10 minutes to the airport/Richmond or 15 minute ride to downtown Vancouver/Olympic Village
• From downtown you can cross via the Seabus up to the North Shore and hop on a bus up to Cypress Mountain or up to Whistler.
• We are about a 1.5 hour drive from Whistler.
• We are about 30-45 minutes from the Peace Arch/Pac-hwy border crossings from Washington (3 hours from Seattle airport)
Outside amenities close by include
• Metrotown & Oakridge mall
• grocery stores
• theatres
• numerous restaurants
Our suite is available from February 1 – 28th. We are asking $200/day with a minimum 5 night stay. If you plan on staying throughout the month, we can work something reasonable for both parties out too. Our suite is comfortable for 2 adults. We are a pet and smoke free home.
We require a 50% deposit to secure prior to arrival. We would then request the remaining amount due upon or prior arrival.
We will accept money transfers, personal cheques and pay-pal for the deposit, which will be in Canadian funds only.
The remaining amount can be paid in cash or the above mentioned means.
