as the busniess analyst you will play a valuable role in assisting our client with a micrsooft office 2010 upgarde project.our consultants will help you through workload fluctuations and can manage outsourced proejcts of any size.

yuor qualifications include:
a minimum of five years experience working on projects through the entire project life-cycle
a university degree in computer science, or related discipline with an it focus
strong analytical,
your responsibilities include:
working with the business and defining a pilot group
working with different business units in listing key applications and impact on changes
working with business resources to do sign offs and testing within the application test lab
defining and scheduling the custom training for helpdesk and end users
giving special attention to finance and treasury to analyze the impact and deployment exceptions
develop a communication plan for the deployment and pilot
identifying who needs visio and project upgrades
promoting online training and home use
manage business problems during deployments including business expectations
manage technical and training resources workarounds during deployment
develop templates for business managers to sign off on application testing
develop and distribute feedback forms to pilot and end user groups
develop cheat sheet together with pilot feedback and helpdesk resources
you have experience with:
