help develop marketing programs for dealer/grower
identify high input crops that suit the uap priority products
help develop marketing programs targeted to specific crop needs
responsible for  maintaining database of key grower/dealer information
evaluate, measure results of dealer/grower programs
help monitor expenses to ensure business purpose to all staff expenditures to maximize profitability
assist in developing priority product list
provide input to  western product manager to develop key product list
create powerpoint presentations of key features and benefits
jointly responsible for sales & profit targets of key products
 support top priority product list
create market strategy by region
work with sales managers to provide information at dealer meetings
assist sales managers in determining optimal pricing
become the go to person for all forms of product knowledge
look for ways to increase sales such as, label expansion, package size, tank mixes, marketing alliances and other companies and products
ensure appropriate support materials, brochures, powerpoint, media, internet.

communicate with the marketing manager for the requirements of the   field sales team
ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
on-time reporting
must be able to travel throughout territory (prairies and suppliers as needed)
