our client, a national law firm in downtown calgary is currently seeking an exceptionally talanted securities legal assistant. material change report and tsx form documents
• communicate with clients and organize and maintain cleint files
• schedule meetings and travel
• accounting and billing
• opening and closing files
• docketing
• experience with sedar/sedi filing
• maintain corporate minute books
skills & requirements:
• 5 -10 years legal experience
• legal assistant diploma preferred
• subscription agreements
• strong communication sklils inclduing preivous client intercation
• team plyaer
• strong organizational skills and time management skills
• detail-oriented individual with good proofreading skills
• follow instructions with minimal supervision
