the house is within walking distance to the u of c, banff tr c-train station, rocky mountain college, sait, foothills hospital and the alberta children’s hospital.a $450 damage deposit will also be reqiured.i have my own intrenet hokoed up whcih i am very happy to shrae and spilt the bill. i’m looking for ppl around the age range of 20-35, who are responsible, reliable and easy going as well.easy to get along with type person,
i am an easy going, quiet, organized, neat.he is very quiet and clean and is only staying till mid july. the $450 includes everything except internet and cable.
