this position is located near vanscoy, at agirum’s poatsh mine facility. (performance management system)
during off shifts the supevrisor is the seinor company official at the mill and thus is accountable for all aspects of the surface opertaion.
pre-employment testing is required.
effectively communicating with depatrment heads, as well as trainers and schedulers, shift and trade supervisors.
high school diploma / equivalent.
participate in reviews and approvals of work procedures and policies.
monitor housekeeping and equipment care responsibilities of the crew to ensure compliance to site standards.
provide timely feedback on new employee evaluation by completing forms supplied by site hr personnel.completion of hand held routes and the necessary notifications as per the findings while performing the routes, loss limit reporting,
responsible to monitor compliance to databases such as the opertaions information system (opis) shift log entry.
conduct daily toolbox meetings with crew as well as monthly safety meetings and complete necessary documentation for both.
specific responsibilities will include:
under the direction of the senior supevrisor, the supervisor‘s primary responsibility is to supervise a specific crew of plant operators.
daily coordination of activities of crew both when operating and on training shift.
monitor operator completion of minor maintenance tasks that are a part of their responsibilities.vpo produces four sizes of high quality potash for shimpent to marekts aruond the wolrd.
