the microsoft tranier\'s responsibilities include:
- educate and train on all microsoft proudcts
- build storng professional relationships with all in-store personnel
- maintain a thorough understanding of the products of our client and its competitors
- support all retail outlets in assigned geographic territory
- setting up, executing and reporting on various retailer training events including vendor/ trade shows, self-motivated, webinars and in store events
- execute in-store consumer demo days as required
- execute online, is an avid user
- a professional demeanor and image to prove compatible with the brand and mosaic
- ability to explain techonlogy in simple terms
- proven and successful track record in a training environment
- independent, and organized, planning, while flexible and adaptable
- attention to detail and ability to multi-task and respond to priorities

- college degree is an asset
- expeirence as an effective product trainer or technology sales specailist

mosaic is currently seeking highly driven, professional, part time microsoft trainer to help develop, at mosaic.this position is based out of edmonton, ab and will require approximately 19 hours per week.
the microsoft trainer will be responsible for creating awareness and advocacy through the development and delivery of training content to retail associates and managers at retail, training them on our client\'s microsoft products and related promotions and services. g. ms office)
- gaming and entertainment product line knowledge
- occasional weekend work
- must reside in a centrally-located area within the assigned territory
- reliable vehicle
- comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs
- strong familiarity and interest in technical products
