preparation of legal documents and correspondences
assisting partners and associates with special projects/assignments
assisting other legal assistant & paralegals with work over load
completing transactional reports and summaries
assisting with billings and reconciliations
the ideal candidate:
minimum of 2 years legal assistant experience
superior knowledge of legal terminology
typing speed of 50 wpm minimum
possess a legal assistant diploma
strong attention to detail, eye for detail, work well under pressure and ability to multi task
must be organized.
