the quiet and friendly village of salmo is located in the kootenays about a half hour drive from nelson, trail and castlegar. the age range of the house is 49 to 55 years old but age is not an issue.we have a large yard with a large vegetable garden, sitting area and a barbeque.they are budget friendly! my house is located about 2 blocks from village center where we have, fire station and brand new medical centre, 2 grocery stores, less than a 15 minute drive to two ski hills and golf course and yes, community centre with gym, post office, among others, gas station/convenience store, public library, hardware/video store, pubs, museum.
we are a non-smoikng home (outisde smoikng o.i have neevr lokoed back, haivng lievd three all my life,
