coordinate retailer level traniing & people program reporting internally and to the retailer.paperwork, and needs as well as responding to all e-mail and v-mail within 24 hours
manage schedule independently, and on-going personal traniing in a timely manner, reporting any issues, ensuring appropriate support of your assigned stores, work with the ae\'s to develop a rob internal and retailer training/people program reporting
speaking with retailer head office and regional leads to sell-in and implement rsp-facing micrsooft training programs
work closely with regional microsoft trainers and district managers providing recommendations for achievable and sustainable success between the client and retailers
complete call reports, concerns, sometimes requiring overnight travel
maintain working knowledge of all client proudcts in order to be a subject matter expert, meeting all deadlines

responsibilities of a training liasion:
professionally represent mosaic and microsoft at all times
develop and deploy retailer-specific training strategy & plan
own and develop relationship with retailer hq training managers & district managers
effectively communicate and engage retailer field organizations around key microsoft product messages, large scale retailer annual training events as an extension of the microsoft ae/ retail serivces /markteing temas, promtoions and otehr inititaives

previous retail sales or training experience
must reside in a centrally-located area close to the assigned territory
technical requirements:
â· must have a pc computer with internet/email access
must demonstrate proficiency with windows 7 and microsoft office 2010
must be a technology enthusiast
