under the direction of the kitchen manager, along with 4 others, you will be responsible for the preparation and clean up of all meals and snacks according to a menu approved by the camp dietitian in quantities sufficient to satisfy the needs of all staff, campers and guests of camp banting. and safety and service at all times while ensuring that all the necessary conditions are met for a safe and enjoyable camping experience for children with type 1 diabetes, you will maintain a high standard of food quality, kitchen hygiene.
qualifications:
previous experience in food service operation desirable
good personal grooming and appearance
physical strength sufficient to correspond to job requirements
ability to read and undesrtand written instrcutions
succsesful compeltion of haccp prorgam
safe food handling
cpr
a rush background and vulnerable sectors check is required
