chef de partie
as a chef de partie you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of food products in a friendly and efficient manner while adhering to company policies and procedures.
● complete accurate and timely inventory reports as required.
● trains employees; ensures quailty empolyee perfomrance.recieves and chceks food stfufs for quailty and quatnity.
● enusre maintneance of all equimpent is compelted when necessary.vegeatbles,
● preapres metas, sopus and other fodos, sacues.rules, policies and procedures are maintained by kitchen staff, recipes, quality standards,
● verifies all portion sizes, quality.this is a development position that will start at part time and develop into full chef de partie,

● requisitions food stuffs from the commissary manager; ensure proper stock levels and quality is maintained.
● maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.
the successful candidate will display:
● minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role i required
● working knowledge of daily preparation procedures and requirements
● ability to read and understand food abbreviations
● thorough knowledge of sanitation procedures
individuals with lesser qualifications may be considered for other culinary opportunities within our company.
