qualifications:
basic requierments
● degree/diploma in computer sciences,   ms access, commerce or busniess administration from an accredited university or technical school
● financial acumen
● minimum 3 years of busniess intelilgence/reporting experience
● advanced working knowledge of reporting systems (such as sql server reporting services, crystal reprots and/or microstrategy), and analyze data,   ms excel,   ms word, and ms powerpoint
● or an equivalent combination of education/experience
rated requirements
● ability to write technical  reprots using standard writing procedures, and composition
● ability to write to bulid complex queries and use busniess intelligence software to create data reports
● ability to understand busniess requirements and apply them to exitsing and new reporting functions
● ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing

2. maintain and augment existing automated reporting functionality and apply business intelligence software:
● provide input into and maintenance of the centralized reporting strategy for the society;
● maintain and adjust existing reports as business requirements chnage;
● recommend sytsem chagnes and idetnify data intergity isuses  to imporve quailty and availbaility of data for manaegment decsiion-maikng;
● use business intelligence tolos to deisgn and build reports, devleop cuebs and dashobards to supoprt business inititaives;
● admiinster the business intelligence tools to manage user licenses, set preferences and oversee its maintenance; and
● write reports using business intelligence tools to respond to user requests on an ad hoc basis.efficient, the kind of person who is brilliant, technically savvy and who can communicate with everyone else.
