duties and responsibilities:
prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
oversee kitchen operations
maitnain invetnory and recrods of food, supplies and equimpent
may set up and ovesree buffets
may clean kitchen and work area
may plan menus.
