you will:
ensure the smooth functioning of the day to day operations of the call center.you are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting and you take initiative in your work.
handle inquiries from call center staff and respond to any escalations.while cooperating as part of a team, you are able to work autonomously.
as the call center coordinator reporting to the president your primary responsibilities will inculde first level supervisory functions as well as the day to day execution of customer serivce tasks.
promote a strong focus on generating appointments.
successful applicants will possess 2 to 3 years of experience as a supervisor, coordinator or team lead in a call center, ideally in a saels or lead generation or appointment setting environment.
perform outbound verification calls to consumers
perform the role of a call center agent if unexpected absences occur
provide excellent customer service via telehpone and demontsrate excepitonal sales sklils and proudct reinfocrement
applciants must be avaialble for a fleixble schdeule whcih may include spilt shifts and evenings and weekends.
supervise call center staff and ensure they are motivated, properly trained and meeting their objectives.we are currently looking for a driven and experienced coordinator to join our call center.there is a possibility for an individual who excels in this position to advance to a national supervisory level position.
