surface potash milling operations and/or phosphate milling operations;
expansion test work and new equipment trials;
daily recovery analysis and recovery improvement related projects;
opportunity to work with operations crews to improve process and learn mill daily functions;
hands on exposure to crushing, grinding, magnetic separation, the potential may exist for you to be placed in a line function position, drying, flotation, screening and various materials handling issues;
quality control related projects and troubleshooting;
project management;
mill safety and loss control;
special projects, vacuum filtration, budgeting and cost management;
liaising with the mine departments to troubleshoot ore quality issues on a daily basis;
after your first year in the program.
