responsibilities may inculde but are not limited to
keeping track of, and cataloging all employee availabilities, and keeping track of schedule changes
monitor and assess time off requests
create, maintain and update department schedules monthly
monitor and ensure proper staffing levels
take ‘sick line’ calls, assess validity and adapt the schedule accordingly
to be considered for the above stated role you must have a proven ability to:
work in a incredibly fast paced working environment with daily workplace stressors
stay extremely organized while having to multi-task
work independently while realizing that you are part of a team and what you do will impact others in the organization
self-motivated with the ability to ask questions when unsure
