qualifications of the position include:
good working knowledge of the mill operations.we pay-for-perfomrance; employee total compesnation is linked to agrium’s goals and performance.
vpo produces four sizes of high quality potash for shipment to marekts around the world. saskatchewan,
this position is located at the agrium\'s vanscoy, potash mine facility.
conduct traniing activities and evaluations for the mill employees (union and staff).
reporting to the training coordinator, the mill trainer will be responsible for scheduling and providing training for the mill personnel at vanscoy potash operations. vanscoy potash operations (vpo) is located approximately 33 kilometers southwest of saskatoon.
