this position will include, food safety and sanitation and operational components
employee schedules, manage labor costs
ensure adequate staffing for all events and related duites
overall manaegment of concessions operations on an evnet basis
inventory control for concessions operation
assist with food costing and menu development
ensure that proper food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
successful candidate must have:
degree with a emphasis in business or food service management preferred
familiar with standard food service equipment
strong communication skills and math aptitude is required
experience with inventory controls is a must
minimum 3-5 years in the food and beverage indsutry in a management role
all canddiates must be advsied that we are an event baesd establsihment, but not be limtied to the follwoing duties:
mangaing concessions and venidng persnonel
tarin employees on company procedures. more specifically this role takes care of all aspects of the concessions operations (consisting of 21 permanent stands and 5 portable units).new york and operations spanning the us, uk, australia and new zealand, canada, we are probably the biggest hospitality management and food service company that you have never heard of, with the corporate office in buffalo.consisting of the premium food and beverage service in rexall place and telus field is where the above stated role is situated,
