lead engineering department in supporting rno’s goals and priorities,
supporting and adhering to all professional practice management plans, environmental management systems. help develop rno’s goals and strategy to achieve the goals.
qualifications of the position inculde:
professional engineer with 10 plus years of related experience, preferably in a process engineering role
advanced problem-solving and decision-making capability.

specific responsbiilities will include:
ensruing that the nitrogen department metes and exceeds specfiied perfomrance indiactors for the safe and relaible manufatcuring of high quailty fertilizer
provdiing technical assitsance and diretcion for unit troublehsooting, anaylsis and improevment effrots
provdiing direct inupt into the development of the annual capital plan and budget as well as the long-term capital and operating outlook including growth
ensuring that sufficient front-end project development work is completed in support of agrium’s project management work process, including providing necessary resources
providing leadership and direction for the management of change, system including adherence to the site professional management excellence practice plan
providing technical leadership and resources for the development of all department turnaround planning and preparation
