job description:
reporting to the senior operations manager, the bilingual senior order services correspondent is responsible for the processing of customer orders on a timely basis.
•fluency in both oral and written english and french.
•proficiency in microsoft word, excel and oracle is a must. customers and management as required, provides order information to sales.
qualifications
•post secondary education along with one to two years experience in order services
•experience working with major retailers eg. knowledge of a+ is an asset.
