develop programs for grower level
identify high input crops that suit the uap priority products
develop programs targeted to grower level
responsible for establishing database of key grower information
evaluate, measure results of grower programs
monitor expenses to ensure business purpose to all staff expenditures to maximize profitability
review weekly logs submitted by grower service representatives
assist in developing priority product list
provide input to national product manager develop key product list
create powerpoint presentations of key features and benefits
jointly responsible for sales & profit targets of key products
support top priority product list specific to, adjuvants
create market strategy by region
work with sales managers to provide information at dealer meetings
assist sales managers in determining optimal pricing
become the go to person for all forms of product knowledge
look for ways to increase sales such as, label expansion, package size, tank mixes, marketing alliances and other companies and products
ensure appropriate support materials, brochures, powerpoint, media, internet.
support uap’s strategic initiatives:
expand our distribution network and leverage our scale.
grow our presence in crop input and our proprietary and private label proudcts as well as our warehouse and logistics business
target continued profitability enhancement through working capital and expense management.
obtain funding support for these materials as possible from our suppliers
seek ways to promote uap and uap products.
enusre compilance with all polciies and procdeures
on-time repotring
must be able to trvael throughout territory (prairies and suppliers as needed)
ensure all expenditures are fiscally responsible in order to minimize expenses and maximize profitability
